Your Home
Divine Angels Limited is a provider of Individualised Supported Living services open to adults and young adults transitioning from children’s services to live within their communities from the age of 18. We will guide and support you to develop and maximise independence promoting self-resilience. If you choose our supported living services you will have a tenancy agreement direct with the housing provider and support from us to achieve the plans you have made.
Your Support Team
Divine Angels Limited has a highly skilled team of dedicated and friendly staff who are passionate about the work that they do. Support workers will support you on a day to day basis to meet your goals and enable you to do the things you want to do. One of your support workers will become your key worker.
Your support team will be trained to meet individual needs through bespoke training, internal opportunities for development and supported to achieve NVQs
Your Plan
Together we will agree a Person Centred Support Plan to support you with your choices to live safely, look after your wellbeing and actively take part in your community. Together we will review your plan to recognise your achievements and to make new goals. Our support staff will use your plan to support you and to get to know your needs and wishes.
